At Eyal Nursery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your green additions. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initial Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and a photo of the plant or product you wish to return.

  Approval & Coordination

  Once your request is reviewed, we will coordinate a pickup or provide instructions for returning the item to our nursery location.

• 3.
  Quality Inspection

  Upon arrival, our experts will inspect the item to ensure it has been maintained in good health and remains in its original packaging.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
